Royal Oaks Services of Central California is seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our team in the heavy-duty truck tire sales sector. This role involves working directly with customers to ensure their tire service needs are met while driving sales and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by understanding tire service needs and offering the best solutions.
Prepare accurate service quotes, repair orders, and work orders for tire sales and service.
Coordinate with technicians to schedule tire installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and service histories.
Upsell tire-related products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure availability of stock and timely delivery.
Ensure all customer transactions are properly documented and invoiced.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Writer or in a customer service role, preferably in the heavy-duty truck or automotive industry.
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck tires, tire sales, and maintenance services.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with service management software is a plus.
