As a Service Advisor , you will be the essential link between our customers and the service department. Your role involves :

Greeting customers and accurately documenting their service needs.
Preparing service estimates and communicating costs and timelines clearly.
Coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repairs and services performed.
Managing service records, warranty issues, and providing advice on maintenance.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience

Proven experience as a

Service Advisor in the automotive or RV industry. Familiarity with Class C RVs (Ford, Dodge), camper vans, and vehicles like BMWs is a plus!

Customer Focus

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers by offering transparent advice and recommendations.

Work Ethic
