Penske Collision San Diego is looking for a Window/Glass Technician to join our Rapid Repair team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The Window/Glass Technician diagnoses and performs glass repairs on vehicles with efficiency, accuracy, and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer/factory standards. A minimum of 1 year of experience in glass repair and replacement is required.

Pay for this position is based on production and qualifications. It starts at a flat rate of $25-27/hour, and the minimum hourly rate is $33/hour. Expected pay is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum of 1 year of experience in glass repair and replacement.

Proficiency in handling various types of automotive glass.

Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and handle heavy glass safely.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in glass repair is a plus.
