Job Summary:
Ourisman Subaru Volkswagen of Waldorf is seeking an entry level VW Technician to join our team in Waldorf, Maryland. Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests and identify any issues with VW vehicles.
Repair or replace various vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed on vehicles.
Communicate with customers to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
Continuously update knowledge and skills by attending training programs and staying current with industry developments.
Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a VW Technician.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
ASE certifications preferred.
