Alfa Romeo Maserati of Van Nuys is Looking for Service Advisors to join our team.

Must be punctual and reliable.
Able to multitask in a high-volume store.
Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous.
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Proficiency with industry-specific software. Reynolds Ignite is a plus.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Transparency and Integrity.
Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
Hyundai Experience a Plus!
Great pay plan above standard.

Job Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers promptly and professionally
Determine customer's primary concern and review additional maintenance needs when appropriate
Consulting the technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Maintain a CSI score above national average
Maintain certifications
