## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. Currently, we do not work on diesels or motorhomes.

## Responsibilities

- Perform automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and engine tune-ups and vehicle inspections

- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities

- Provide excellent customer service by occasionally explaining technical diagnoses to customers

## Experience

- 2+ years experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred

- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics

- Knowledge of auto estimating software is a plus, but not required

- Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools

- Strong customer service skills to occasionally interact effectively with clients is a plus but not required
