Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Lane Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the closer for service repairs, responsible for providing exceptional customer service thus maintaining CSE while efficiently managing service requests. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell services will contribute to a positive customer experience and support the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive in the service lane and assess their needs.
Provide information on services offered.
Assist with aligning customer expectations with available services and timelines.
Engage in upselling additional services that Service Advisors aren't able to close.
Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with Service Advisors/Porters/Cashiers to enhance the customer service experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.

Pay: $8,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
