Landmark Chrysler-Jeep-Fiat, a part of the Landmark Automotive Group of dealerships in Springfield, IL is currently looking for a dedicated, entry-level Oil & Lube Technician to join our dynamic service team. The Oil & Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle services. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance services.
Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments or repairs.
Check fluid levels and replenish as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an Oil & Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools.
