Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, tire services, and other essential automotive repairs while providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by maintaining their vehicles in top condition.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
Utilize hand tools and automotive repair equipment effectively and safely.
Provide tire services including rotation, alignment, and replacement as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and service options.
Document services performed on each vehicle accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance is essential.
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, including the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
