Intense Collision Center is looking to add an Automotive Paint Technician / Prepper to our team.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

Completing required vehicle prep work prior to paint (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)
Inspecting vehicles for imperfections
Use of specific tooling, equipment, and techniques for vehicle preparation
Utilizing techniques and operations of paint prep (block sanding, body filler, masking, etc.)
Shop organization
General shop maintenance
Basic administrative duties

Mandatory Qualifications:

2 years automotive repair industry experience
Tooling knowledge and experience
Acute attention to detail
Ability to follow instruction
Able to work well with others in a team
Physically capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted
Valid Driver’s License
Insurable Driving Record

Desired Qualifications:

Prior automotive paint prepping experience
Prior automotive painting experience

This job operates within a professional shop environment and includes manual labor and potential exposure to inclement weather.
