Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee our Body shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and leading a team of skilled technicians. This role requires a strong background in Body shop services, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Duties

Supervise daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage scheduling and workflow to meet customer demands.
Oversee quality control of all services provided, including auto painting, restoration, and detailing.
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Train and mentor staff on best practices in automotive repair and customer service.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficient in auto painting techniques and processes.
Experience with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and auto glass installation.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with auto restoration processes and detailing techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
Leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
