Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass components while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with auto glass, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to ensure precise fittings and finishes.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle glass to identify damage and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with customers to explain services performed and provide guidance on vehicle maintenance related to glass components.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Stay updated on advancements in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology related to automotive glass.
Work closely with dealerships and other automotive professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

Experience with auto glass installation and repair techniques.
Familiarity with ADAS technologies and their integration within vehicles is a plus.
Proficient in vehicle maintenance practices and understanding of automotive repair processes.
Ability to use hand tools effectively for precision work in various conditions.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred but not required.
