Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Waterless Car Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Waterless Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car cleaning services using our eco-friendly products. Your primary goal will be to deliver high quality results, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles using our products, processes and techniques.

- Perform exterior and interior car cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, window cleaning, clay barring, waxing, steam cleaning and more.

- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish and exceed customer expectations.

- Identify and report any vehicle damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor, lead or relevant personnel.

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

- Handle customer inquiries, provide knowledgeable assistance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in car cleaning, detailing, or similar automotive roles is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality results consistently

- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively alone or with team members.

-Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

-Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

- Flexibility to work weekends, variable shifts, and some holidays as required.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
