ALL Certified Technicians needed at Frankfort Ford!

· Top flat rate dollars paid for qualified techs

· We are looking for flat rate and Mobile service technicians

· Fair dispatching - based on skills and performance. You need work? You get work

· Career paths for interested techs. Want to move out of the shop someday? We will train you to be the next lead advisor, shop foreman, or future service manager here or across our 100+ dealer group network

· Paid training days for all Ford and ASE training classes and tests.

· We are in the process of building a state of the art shop - Brand new Automatic Hunter alignment and tire machines, overhead air, oils and water - Matrix oil distribution. Fully Air conditioned. Fast moving doors. Scheduled to be complete July of 2025.

· Are you tired of not having parts? We have $300,000 in parts inventory here and $100,000,000 available in our dealer network!

· If you're not a Ford tech but are a certified tech - most of your training will transfer and we will send you to training.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
