What We’re Looking For:

A master at phone communication and relationship building.
Proven track record in customer service and sales.
Ability to smoothly follow a well-oiled process while tailoring solutions for each customer.
Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and service scheduling.
A team player who thrives in a high-performance, customer-centric environment.
Experience in the automotive industry is required.
