Dragonfly Mechanical is seeking experienced Residential and/or Commercial HVAC Installers/Service Technicians. The ideal candidate enjoys their trade, is willing to take direction, learn the service side and install side of the industry and is committed to providing quality customer service. Job Duties include:

-Ability to Install, Service and provide maintenance on Residential & Commercial HVAC equipment

- Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times

- Complete paperwork timely and efficiently

-Have fun!

Requirements:

- Certification/EPA License from an accredited technical school and at least 1 year of job related experience

- Valid Driver’s License in conjunction with respectable driving record

- Able to pass a drug and background screening

- Complete knowledge of tools, equipment and materials used to install HVAC equipment

- Provide own basic hand tools

- Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers

- Self-starter who will be comfortable taking direction, instruction, and training

- Ability to prioritize and work effectively with a high volume of workload and meet deadlines

- Excel at working autonomously and juggling multiple priorities

- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance

Compensation:

- Compensation varies based on experience and performance.

Pay: $16.00 - $34.00 per hour
