We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Title Clerk at David Stanley Chevrolet. As the Automotive Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing all title and registration paperwork for the dealership's vehicle sales and trades. This includes verifying the accuracy of all documents, completing required forms, and submitting paperwork to the appropriate government agencies in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure all vehicle titles, registrations, and transfer of ownership documents are accurately completed and processed
Verify information on titles and registration documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Work closely with the dealership's sales team to obtain necessary paperwork for each vehicle sale or trade
Communicate with customers, banks, and other external parties to obtain necessary documentation and information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all title and registration transactions
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or in a similar role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills
