Automotive Express Technicians are responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. They work in a fast-paced environment and often interact directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Perform tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining services and addressing their concerns.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that tools, equipment, and the workspace are clean and well-maintained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of basic automotive mechanics and systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures and perform tasks accurately.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects.
Additional Qualifications (May Vary):
- Automotive Technician Certification: ASE certification or equivalent training.
- Experience: Prior experience in automotive service or repair.
- Technical Training: Completion of automotive technician training programs.
