Champtires is searching for a highly motivated person to join our West Mifflin location. Prior automotive or tire installation experience is preferred, but not necessary. Compensation will be based on experience.

The tire technician will:

Install, mount, balance and repair tires.
Operate necessary machinery safely, following all safety instructions and guidelines.
Assist customers and co-workers.
Complete work orders and related paperwork.
Maintain, organize and clean the shop and equipment.

A successful candidate will have:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to perform duties in a safe manner and to consistently follow policies and procedures.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and be able to stand, bend and lift for continuous periods of time.
At least a high school diploma or GED.
Authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old.

Tire industry knowledge experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
