**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive service and be knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the highest quality of work. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop new skills, and advance in the field of automotive repair. **Duties:** - Perform oil changes and other lubrication services on vehicles. - Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems, identifying areas that require maintenance or repair. - Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and battery checks. - Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. - Collaborate with other technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest dealership standards and best practices. - Sell additional services and repairs to customers, increasing sales revenue for the dealership. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Experience in automotive service and repair is preferred. - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent customer service skills. - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. - Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to promote dealership services. - Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from senior technicians. - A valid driver's license is an asset.
