**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various mechanical systems and equipment, with a focus on heavy duty and automotive repair.

**Duties:**

- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles and equipment to identify issues

- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs

- Align vehicle components and wheels for optimal performance

- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed

- Troubleshoot electrical systems in vehicles and equipment

- Work on air brake systems in compliance with safety regulations

- Must be willing to work on a rotating schedule that will include working nights and weekends

- Clean driving record

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive and heavy equipment

- Experience with tractor-trailers and air brake systems

- Knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles

- Ability to weld and fabricate metal parts

- Competence in using hand tools for mechanical work

- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem solving skills a must .
