Responsibilities:

· Inspect and diagnose vehicles

· Perform quality repairs and maintenance that meet the dealership’s and manufacturer’s standards

· Provide estimated labor and parts needed for repairs

· Keep shop and work area clean

· Follow established safety policies and procedures

· Other tasks may be assigned based on skill level as needed

Qualifications:

· Insurable and valid NYS driver’s license

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of shop equipment (tire machine/balancer, alignment machine, diagnostics equipment, etc.)

· Positive attitude and good work ethic

· Must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass a pre-employment screening including background, drug and MVR

· Automotive and diesel repair experience is a must

· New York State motor-vehicle inspection license required

· Ford certification is a plus
