Responsibilities:

Access vehicles to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
Communicate with clients to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems.
Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues.
Prepare quotes and work estimates.
Keep an accurate log of all work preformed.
Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times.
Adhere to company work safety policies.
Aide in creating and implementing new policies for more efficient shop flow.
Manage a small team of techs/mechanics.

Qualifications:

Experience conducting routine services and vehicle maintenance.
Demonstrated experience inspecting vehicles for faults and repairs.
Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Completion of an apprenticeship is advantageous.
Technician/mechanic experience required.
Automotive Tech degree preferred.
