Service Technician $65,000-$120,000+ at Bell Ford (North Phoenix, AZ - 85023)

Bell Ford is seeking technicians with 3 years’ experience in the automotive field.

We have a young growing team that work together to provide quality repairs. We have an air-conditioned shop with the coolest techs around.

Compensation: $65,000-$100,000+ per year

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday through Friday and every third Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform work on repair orders (ROs) efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform clients of any additional services required.

Requirements:

Positive attitude towards work, co-workers, and life.
Own your own tools.
Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred applicants should have experience working with Ford or Lincoln vehicles.
