Beckley Automotive is a family owned Independant Auto Repair Shop with a great reputation in Des Moines for over 45 years. We are a very busy shop with state of the art facilities in need of a quality technician with a focus on customer satisfaction and long relationships.

If you have an interest in working on fun high end cars Beckley Automotive would be a great place for you as approximately 75% of the vehicles we work on are European cars and SUV's.

We are looking to fill a technician positions A, B or C tech

Automotive Technician / Automotive Mechanics Responsibilities:

Able to repair a range of automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc
Completes service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correct, to pass quality inspections set forth by our quality standards
Comply with company safety policies and procedures
Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques

Automotive Technician / Automotive Mechanics Qualifications:

2 years automotive technician / mechanic experience
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
Strong Automotive knowledge
Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
Valid Driver’s License
