Baker Landscape is an established full service landscape company in business for 35 years, has an immediate opening for an experienced and talented Mechanic to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and repairing all machinery, vehicles and heavy equipment repairs.

Our Company has a fleet of 40 + trucks and equipment. To succeed in this role, you should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of basic mechanic’s tools, service, and diagnostic equipment. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities/Activities:

Small engine and two-stroke (or two-cycle) engine experience preferred

In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems

Must be able to perform vehicle, mid duty truck, and heavy equipment repairs.

Experience with both diesel and gas engines

Knowledge of fabrication and welding skills and experience is a plus.

Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Scheduling service on Fleet and Equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay based on experience

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
