Job Opening: Experienced Auto Mechanic at B&S Automotive

Location: 127 Meadow St, Hartford, CT

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Saturdays optional)

B&S Automotive is a well-established auto repair shop in Hartford, CT, specializing in European cars. We’re known for providing high-quality automotive services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Auto Mechanic to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various automotive issues, with a focus on European vehicles.

Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and emission testing.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and address vehicle problems.

Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining repairs and maintenance needs to clients.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques, especially for European models.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an auto mechanic, with expertise in European cars (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, etc.).

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment specific to European vehicles.

Must have your own set of tools.

ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license.
