A Body Shop Technician with A-Z is someone willing and able to preform a wide variety of repairs successfully in a repeatable fashion, with the customer in mind. Prior experience wet sanding, color sanding, buffing, detailing, dent removal, paint application, fiberglass repair, and body repair are a plus. Collision repair experience will help. Dealership management software training on Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, ADP, SAP, or Karmak correlate to the role and will provide a leg up. Customer Service orientated mindset is a must.
