Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and possess strong mechanical knowledge.

Duties:

· Repairs and overhauls automobiles, buses, and other automotive vehicles by performing

the following duties.

· Use hand tools such as wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as

power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.

· Inspect and repair brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other

important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.

· Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating

equipment.

· Test drives vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.

· Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test

instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure

gauges.

· Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory

specifications.

· Repair and adjust seats, doors, and windows, and install and repair accessories.

· Diagnose Automotive and Bus Air Conditioning Systems.

Experience:

Previous experience as an Automotive Technician
Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
Ability to maintain and transmit accurate service records
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
CDL license helpful
Tire and wheel experience

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
