Pay for this position will be around $65,000-$70,000 and could increase from there depending on experience and performance in the role.

Responsibilities:

Manage activities of the body shop to ensure vehicles are serviced to meet reconditioning standards and customer or account requirements
Purchase equipment, materials and supplies for the body shop and oversee maintenance and protection of shop equipment
Maintain a safe environment by explaining, monitoring and enforcing required safety procedures and complying with OSHA requirements. Facilitate safety training for shop employees
Maintain and develop body shop staff and their professional and technical knowledge
Plan, monitor and evaluate job performance, and conduct performance appraisals against key performance indicators and metrics
Manage the flat rate hours and review spreadsheets for accuracy
Review work volumes, monitor staffing levels to ensure efficiency, quality, and effective customer service
Effectively leads the team at the location by setting an example in behavior, championing company values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect
Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee conduct
Partner with other departments to ensure effective and efficient operational processes
Perform other duties as assigned
