Service Technician

We are currently seeking an entry/skilled Mechanic to join our team! we are not looking for just anyone, but the right one to fit our team.

We are a family owned and operated for over 20 years here in Tallahassee. We treat you like family, and not just a number.

*Must have a desire to learn all aspects of diagnostics, and repair with high moral standards and even higher quality in the work he or she provides to our customers.

*I will not allow any repaired vehicle leave the shop if it does not meet my high standards.

*must have your own tools, and reliable transportation to and from work.

This position pays flat hours by our labor guide and will vary depending on knowledge. Thank you for your time and we look forward to meeting you!

Job Type: Full-time

- Perform maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Familiarity with foreign and domestic vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

In this role, you will have the opportunity to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You will also conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues.

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
