Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store performance.

Duties:

- Assist in employee orientation, training, and development
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Oversee retail sales activities and ensure targets are met
- Support store management in budgeting and financial planning
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with sales management and budgeting processes
