ns the highest standards of quality and cleanliness, supporting our company policies and procedures diligently. *Key Responsibilities:* * Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, focusing on high-performance models. * Perform repairs and installations accurately according to repair orders and industry standards, including custom parts applications. * Ensure all work meets completion standards before progressing to the next step. * Participate in continuous learning and training on new technologies. * Contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and learning collaboratively. * Maintain and promote a safe, clean work environment. * Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and safety. *Qualifications:* * High School diploma or equivalent. * Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. * Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. * Valid driver’s license. * Critical thinking skills for custom solution applications. * Experience with high-performance vehicles preferred, including familiarity with brands and models like Chevy, Ford, Mopar, and technical specifications such as LSX, superchargers, turbos, nitrous, etc. * Dynamometer experience is a plus. *We Provide:* * A professional work environment with competitive wages. * Career opportunities across various roles within the automotive industry. * Access to learning materials and up-to-date technological tools. * A chance to work with a top-rated team in the automotive performance industry.
