Certor Sports is looking for painters with 3 + years of experience painting plastic or metals, who are energetic and wants to do more. Our painters are expected to produce quality finishes to produce helmets that look as good as they perform, protecting top athletes on their chosen field of play, including football, baseball, and softball.

Our goal is to help them improve their skills and efficiency to reach the next level.

Certor Sports has some of the most iconic performance and sports brands in the country, including Schutt and VICIS. Our innovative and cutting edge head-to-toe protective equipment is used for football, baseball, lacrosse, and hockey as we protect everyone from the Pros to the Pee-wees.

At least 3 years of experience with precision paint and finish for plastics and metals is preferred.
Autobody or similar painting experience is preferred.
Fully understand painting process for paint plastics and metals, surface prep, mixing process (including resins, hardeners, & finishes), applying them properly to our products.
Possess the desire to make yourself and the department better.
Comply with safety regulations and ensure the safety of every team member.
The ability to learn and understand our products and production methods.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

- Produce top quality painted finish for helmets, face guards, and other painted parts for our helmets.

- Meet production quality benchmarks, plus learn more skills and improve efficiency.

- Follow SOPs, comprehend shop orders, and paint label tags.

- Learn and understand our products, preparation techniques, decal application and masking guides.
