We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our team at JC Motors. As a Senior Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical problems
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle problems
- Preferred but not required: Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology advancements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and concise manner
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems
- Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $32 to $40 per hour (Flat Rate) with generous bonus paid monthly for exceeding production expectations.
