TINT 360 is searching for a skilled Window Tint Artist to join our dynamic team. Our Window Tint Artists play a crucial role in delivering high-quality window tinting services that meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding the esteemed reputation of our brand. The selected candidate will be responsible for the precise application of window tint to various vehicle types, while also ensuring a clean and professional work environment.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a steady hand, and an artistic eye to ensure a flawless finish on every project. In addition to window tinting, responsibilities include managing inventory levels of tinting supplies, maintaining equipment in optimal condition, and staying updated with the latest tinting techniques and innovations.

At TINT 360, we are passionate about enhancing vehicle aesthetics and protecting interiors from harmful UV rays through professional window tinting services. While prior experience in window tinting is preferred, we offer comprehensive training for individuals with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for learning.

Job Description:

The Window Tint Artist at TINT 360 will be responsible for installing window tint protection packages on an array of vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, heavy equipment, and recreational vehicles.

The Window Tint Artist will be instrumental in driving production and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent installations and service. The successful candidate will be well-versed in TINT 360's product offerings and capable of fulfilling outlined projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Artistic Ability: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail to ensure flawless tint applications.

Time Management: Ability to complete projects within the agreed timeframe without compromising quality.
Cutting Software Proficiency: Skillful use of cutting software for precise measurements and cutting of tint materials to fit different window sizes and shapes perfectly.

Education & Experience

Experience in automotive window tinting is highly desirable.
Training in automotive services or a related field is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of window tinting techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform detailed work with hands for extended periods.
Capability to stand, bend, and move in a way that allows precise application of window tints.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
