Geis Peterbilt is seeking a qualified Body Shop Service Advisor to join our team! We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart individual with preferably Heavy-Duty service experience to join our growing team. A Great Opportunity for a rewarding career in a growing industry! As a Service Advisor / Writer, we are looking for individuals who have a strong desire to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service in the industry. Individuals must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, understand the importance of customer service, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work with multiple forms of technology to provide up-to-date information to our team and our customers. We’ll provide all the necessary training in-house for the specific systems and processes related to the job functions. We want to set you up for success and we do that by giving you the proper training and knowledge from the start. Job Details - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Providing pricing and product information to customers.

Answering telephones promptly.

Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards.

Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals.

Ability to apply common sense when needed, while staying within Geis Dealer Group’s guidelines.

Perform accurate and complete service write-ups

Provide accurate documentation for all repair orders

Provide exceptional communication between the company and the customer

Provide accurate and detailed estimates of needed repairs

Utilize all technology available to keep our customers updated

Responsible to adhere to all warranty policies and procedures

Ability to navigate websites for technical information

Must be Ethical and Trustworthy

What you need - JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Some heavy lifting required

Promotes and maintains a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude within the department

Must be able to demonstrate positive resourcefulness & versatility in a fast-paced, changing priority, environment.

Work Schedule:

Weekday Shift: M-F 7:00a-4p

Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
