We are seeking an Op & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional Operaiton and customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
- handle all freight forwarder and logsitics shipt's opeation and customer svc.
- Utilize computerized systems to provide customer support and information
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with svc and rate offer inquiries and issues
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide support for client services and resolve customer complaints promptly
*Experience*
- university degree,Proven shipping & logistics experience in an Op & customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written for both English and Chinese languages .
- Bilingual proficiency for English and Chinse is a MUST.
