At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of technicians. You will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers (after trained).
Qualifications / Requirements include:
● 2+ years sales and customer service / retail experience a big plus
● Excellent communication and sales skills
● An outgoing FRIENDLY personality
● Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work
● Good computer and phone skills
● Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
● Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
● Be able to pass background check
● Valid driver’s license
● High school degree or GED preferred
