Hourly Pay Range: $12.75-13.04 In addition, our Lube Technicians are eligible for a monthly commission program. Average commission for high performing Lube Technician can add up to $1.50 per hour to your hourly salary.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Perform light duty maintenance on our customer?s vehicles. Our services include full-service oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and engine additives.
- Communicate effectively with our customers about their needs, explaining and presenting our products and benefits without being pushy.
- Work with your team to maintain a safe working environment, ensure efficiency, and control bay times
- Cash handling responsibilities
