WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, typically between 7 AM and 6 PM. You'll enjoy your weekends off, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance!
As our Automotive Service Writer - Customer Service Rep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, listening to their concerns, creating thorough vehicle inspection reports, and clearly explaining findings and repair options to instill confidence in their choices. You will coordinate with skilled technicians for timely, accurate repairs, build effective repair order tickets, and sell services honestly to foster long-term customer relationships. By directing and participating in customer service activities, you ensure every interaction meets our high standards of hospitality and respect!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with an excellent driving record
Having an ASE certification in service writing is desired, but we're willing to help the right candidate obtain one! Experience of 3-5 years and industry experience with independent shops is preferred, but not required. Being experienced in the auto industry and writing repair tickets is also a plus.
