Summary
* Service Advisor is responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, repair service for Customers. Responsible for scheduling service to be performed.
Requirements
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities including the following. (Other duties maybe assigned)
* Works with customers and Technicians to identify required maintenance
* Advises customer on necessary / suggested services
* Advising customers of any additional services and repairs needed
* Computes cost of replacements parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by
the customer
* Provides estimate cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
* Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer
* Schedules appointments with customers
* Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above designated standard
* Meet Dealerships standard for repair / order production
* Follows safeguard rules and regulations
* Meet or exceed company performance standards for quality and speed of service to our
customers
Job Requirements
* Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
* Valid in-state drivers license with good driving record
* Team-Oriented
* Proven Track Record
* Background check and pre-employment drug test
* Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge - preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
