Who We're Looking For: We're in search of a friendly, welcoming, and helpful professional to join our team . Previous receptionist experience is required, with dealership experience strongly preferred. We value individuals with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, coupled with a strong proficiency in computer usage, including Dealer Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Reports To: Director of Operations
Pay: $15-25 per hour depending on experience
Works Closely With: Location Manager, Department Managers, and Sales Team
Location: This is not a remote position. Requires to be in person at the dealership location.
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Specialist at Wickham Tractor Co., you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for our customers, whether through phone interactions or in-person engagements. Utilizing your exceptional listening skills and attention to detail, you will ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones professionally and promptly, ensuring calls are transferred to the appropriate destination.
- Taking messages from customers when desired personnel are unavailable or at the customer's request.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers promptly, providing friendly, professional service.
- Delivering excellent customer service by actively listening to inquiries, identifying needs, and resolving concerns.
- Providing the first impression of Wickham Tractor Co. through exceptional receptionist duties.
- Distributing and tracking internet and phone leads, reporting data to management monthly.
- Offering administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments.
- Collaborating with Parts Specialists, Service Advisors, and Management to address repair status inquiries.
