Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer support and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and document management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and files
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
