HILLTOP FORD/KIA is looking for a qualified Professional SERVICE MANAGER to join our winning team.
As an Service Manager you will be expected to write service, manage service advisors, cashiers, and support staff. As a Service Manager you will work Monday-Friday from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm, and 6:30 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday as needed.

Must have prior DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR experience to qualify for position. Must have a great work ethic and passion for serving people.
The Service Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $5,374.00 & $16,000 per month. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
