We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained. Effective area managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are essential for the role. The goal is to ensure our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of multiple Store Managers and their retail locations
- Serving and Supporting our retail teams
- Monitor performance goals and technician productivity for each store including customer retention
- Focus on sales to growth
- Training and development for teammates of all levels
- Management of the P&L for each location
- Recruiting, Vetting, and Cultivating talent
- Championing all safety policies and procedures
- Manage customer relations
- Weekly visit each store regularly and attend store meetings
- Support other business lines through our referral process
- Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Report to senior executives on progress and issues
- Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years combined experience managing multi-unit retail operations
- Minimum 5 years oversight of a P&L for a store or area/district
- BS/BA Degree Strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5 years experience in recruiting, hiring, and promoting teammates
- Automotive Industry experience preferred
- Resides in assigned in area
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, and clean driving record industry.
