Parts Advisor
Position Summary:
The Parts Advisor’s job responsibilities are to provide parts information and pricing to technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors. This individual will need to become a product knowledge specialist within Chrysler’s system and have a great working relationship with our aftermarket parts providers. The Parts Advisor must utilize professional communication skills with customers in person as well as via text, phone, and email on a consistent basis. This position is classified as an EXEMPT position.

· Become proficient with using and understanding internal technology systems for parts look up and sales such as Dealerconnect.com, Autosoft (dealer management system), third party vendors, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
· Ability to successfully multitask, as you will be required to work with numerous customers, technicians, service advisors, and dealership personnel on a consistent basis.
· Successfully promote and sell new & used parts, as well as accessories, as these are all revenue generators for this position.
· Be able to follow a successful, proven sales process without skipping steps to ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service! While maximizing consistent, detailed communication with your coworkers, you will meet these expectations and maximize your earning potential.
Position Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, one year of parts sales or parts advisor experience preferred, excellent communication skills, maintain a professional business casual dress code (uniforms are provided), required to meet monthly sales goals, must be energetic and have a positive attitude.
Education: Associates degree or higher degree preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge Requirements: Basic parts knowledge, proficient in the use of computer technology, and practice professional customer service standards at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
