Description:
Toyota of York is hiring for a Service Lane Manager! The goal of the Service Lane Manager is to provide the best experience possible for our customers through the efficient management of our advisor team. This position will be a working manager who also writes service as needed. We are looking for individuals with automotive service experience who are passionate about creating a positive culture for their team, and providing the best possible service to our customers.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: 5-day work week
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervises team of service advisors and porters. Ensures the performance of their job duties to a high standard and completion of tasks assigned by service managers
- Address service customer concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Facilitates a positive work environment among service advisor team
- Oversees training of service advisors
- Assumes duties of service manager(s) in their absence
- Fills in as a service advisor as needed
- Maintains a clean, professional work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Automotive experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to manage workflow and workload effectively
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
