Dealers Auto Auction is looking for a full-time office receptionist. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday's 8 am to 1 pm. See below for job duties and benefits.
Job Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting customers in finding their way around the office.
- Helping customers with paperwork and taking payments.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, mailings.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and forwarding, screening and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Skills (preferred not required):
- Customer service
- Title Experience is helpful, but not necessary
