**Job Overview:**
Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a premier auto dealership, now under new ownership, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department to new heights. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proven track record of managing a service team.
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor service operations and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years experience in a service manager role.
-Excellent communication and interpersnal skills.
-Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
-Proficiency in service management software and tools.
